Appliance Repair Direct Limited's Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes when and how you may request a cancellation and/or refund for a Fixed Term Plan or Contract.

Appliance Repair Direct Limited offers a 14 day money back cancellation scheme on all plans with the following exceptions:

  • Where a repair or replacement has been madeIf you have made a request for a repair, replacement or service within your plan period, you will no longer be eligible to request a refund.

  • Where 14 days have passedThe cancellation policy allows only 14 natural days for you to cancel your SFixed Term Plan. 14 natural days will be calculated from the date of the plan being initiated, which will be clearly visible in your documentation.

Cancellation Procedure

If you wish to cancel your Fixed Term Plan within the 14 natural day grace period, please call our customer service number 123456789. A representative will go over your details and initiate the termination. Where a refund is due, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used to make the payment. For security reasons, we are unable to refund to other payment methods, including sending a cheque or postal order.

Alternatively, you may request a termination of contract via email to [email protected], but please note that this method may result in delays and we will need to speak with you to confirm your details.

Any refunds will be initiated by us immediately upon request, but may take 3-5 business days for the funds to become available in your account. Our payment processor may send you an email or SMS confirming the refund, which will be inline with our Privacy Policy
